All packages are activated instantly and are subscription based. Keep in mind that our packages are cosmetic items and won't give you an actual advantage in game. You will never be required to show support and we appreciate you just for playing on our server.
If you no longer wish to support the server you can cancel your subscription at any time without losing that month's VIP. Check the email you received after you donated and follow the instructions.
Any digital items received will not be refunded.

It will also say if the account is LINKED when you try joining the queue.
The queue can take 5-15 minutes to process after the purchase.
If it says it's LINKED and Prio is OFF, try restarting the game, wait for 5 minutes, and join back on the queue.
