A: You login through your FiveM account
Q: How do I claim the products purchased?
A: You must ensure you have your FiveM account logged in (linked) to your FiveM game. You can make sure it is logged in by checking the top right corner of your FiveM main menu.

After your account is linked in, you will receive your packages as soon as you join our server.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: You can cancel your subscription by going to the email you've received after purchasing the product. There you'll see a button that will lead you to cancelling your subscription
Q: How long do subscriptions last?
Q: When do I get my queue priority?
A: You must ensure you have your FiveM account logged in (linked) to your FiveM game. You can make sure it is logged in by checking the top right corner of your FiveM main menu.
It will also say if the account is LINKED when you try joining the queue.
The queue can take 5-15 minutes to process after the purchase.
If it says it's LINKED and Prio is OFF, try restarting the game, wait for 5 minutes, and join back on the queue.
